Hiking to Karathona Beach - Agios Nikolaos
Overview
This is a wonderful hiking experience that begins from the heart of Nafplion, Syntagma Square and continues under the Venetian fortresses of Akronafplia & Palamidi, through the famous cobblestone walkways of the city, always by the sea.
This route offers gorgeous and unique views, of all the Argolic Gulf as we cross all of Arvanitia beach. We will end the hiking at the southern end of the bay of Karathona, in the chapel of Saint Nickolas built on the rocks above the sea.
